V-REFLEXTM Reflective Material - Flame Resistant and Home Wash Retro-Reflective Tape/Trim is designed for use on flame resistant, and arc flash resistant safety garments.
V-REFLEXTM Reflective Material - Reflective Tape/Trim is composed of wide angle, exposed silver color retro-reflective lenses, bonding to a durable inherent flame resistant textile fabric or fire treated cotton textile fabric.
By intregrating function of high visbility and high retro-reflectivity on the same surface seamlessly, this series of FR reflective tape conform to mutiple national standards for many types of safety garment, especially fire fighting garment.
When properly used, V-REFLEXTM Reflective Material - Flame Resistant and Home Wash Retro-Reflective Tape/Trim help enhance the visibility of the wearer in nighttime or low-light conditions when illuminated by a light source such as headlights, by returning the light back toward the original source and reaching the automobile driver's eye.

Sewing
For the best results, sewFor the best results, sewin place using a lockstitchand with no more than 12stitches per inch (2.54 cm),and not less than 5/64'' (2mm) from the edge of thereflective fabric.
Cutting
Die-cutting is recommended,Die-cutting is recommended, althoughit can also be hand-cut orguillotined.
Note: Use very sharp cuttingknivesonly and cut from thereflective side.
Home Wash Guidelines
A colored clothing wash program without pre-wash should be used. Follow below recommendation could maintain the duability of retro-reflective to its maxium lifespan.
Detergent: Brand powdered household detergents shouldbe used.
Wash temperature range: 15℃ to 60℃Max.
Wash time at highest wash temperature: 12 minutesMax.
Program time: 50 minutes
Actual lifetime will be dependent upon the detergent systemand list dosage level.
Load factor higher than 65% might lead to enhancedabrasion of the retro-reflective material.
Printing
